To be eligible for this rebate, you must submit a valid application form signed by a registered medical practitioner confirming that the customer on the bill or someone else living at the residence cannot self-regulate body temperature. A copy of this form is attached.

The NSW Government Life Support Rebate provides additional financial support to customers who require specific life support machines in their homes. If you have more than one type of life support machine in your home, you can receive more than one rebate.
This rebate can be paid in addition to the NSW Government Low Income Household Rebate and NSW Government Medical Energy Rebate. Customers who are not concession card holders are eligible to receive this rebate.
