Please note that disconnections require 4 business days’ notice and if you have a basic meter your distributor will need to visit the site (which Tango will arrange for you).

There may also be distributor fees payable for connections and disconnections. These are set by the distributor in your area and not by Tango. These fees may include standard connection/disconnection charges, after-hours connections, a final meter read and a special read. Make sure you discuss your situation fully with a Move-In Connect expert who can help you understand the fees and avoid unnecessary charges.
